Exchange and Return Period:

• You can exchange or return products within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the original packaging and invoice.

Return Conditions:

• When returning a product, it must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.
• Some highly perishable products, such as cosmetics or underwear, may not be eligible for return or exchange for health and hygiene reasons.
